Whether you are a weekend warrior, marathon runner, or high school athlete, I’d love to work with you! As a sports dietitian and endurance athlete myself, I understand the important role of nutrition in athletic performance. I will work with you to create a nutrition & hydration plan that will fuel your workouts, promote recovery, prevent injury, and improve performance. With me, you will boost your confidence and take the next step towards meeting your goals.

Before working with anna, I was struggling with fueling for long distance running as I aged.
