My goal is to help individuals feel empowered to make balanced, healthy food choices. I acknowledge that everyone has different bodies, different goals, different schedules, and different lifestyles, so each individual’s nutrition needs differ. Nutrition coaching with me will focus on behaviors and mindful eating rather than on weight. I want to help you create positive, sustainable health habits. I believe in the principle of “everything in moderation” - a balanced diet can include kale, quinoa, and brownies!
