Investment
Initial individual coaching session (45-60 minutes) - includes handouts, education on relevant topics, and individual recommendations and goals. In person (Spring Lake, MI area) or Virtual. $125.
Follow-up coaching session (30 minutes) - build upon previous session’s goals, check in regarding how changes are going, and answer questions that have come up. In person (Spring Lake, MI area) or Vitual. $75.
